Order procedure?    
Method A: (You can make your order directly online.)
1, View the products online, Select Products and Click "Add to Basket" Button;
2, Click "View Inquiry Basket" Button to view or setting the quantity for every of items them click update;
3, Click "Inquiry Now" Button;
4, If you not a member at our website, you can Create a new account. If you wouldn’t like to be a member, you can fill in the blank of the inquiry sheet then Send your inquiries and messages direct to us;

5, If you have been a member at our website, Log in before you send the inquiry, then you needn't to fill in the contact information;
6, Submit Inquiry;
7,  We will send you the Proforma Invoice for your approval;
8, Pay payment to us;
9, We ship out the order to you.

Method B:(Email your demand list to us for sale-confirmation.)
1, View our online products.
2, Email your Excel order list to us, the list including the item numbers and quantity you want to order.
3, We will send you the Proforma Invoice including the shipping cost for your approval.
4, Pay payment to us.
5, We ship out the order to you.


For most of our products, the MOQ is 12000 pcs/style. your can find out the MOQ information on each product description page.
Minimum order amount is 100 $US excluding shipping cost.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost will depend on the weight of the order and the destination countries. we will quote you the detail shipping cost when receive your order.

We use FedEx, DHL, and UPS..., from China to major destinations like US, Europe, Australia, etc.only takes 2 to 5 days. For bulk order ,you can select air freight or sea freight ,They are cheaper

What is our return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with the items you receive, we accept returns up to 10 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. The process for making a return is as follows:

1) You must send an email to us to let us know you making a Return;
2) You must include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the product is being returned;
3) All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging;
4) All products must be received back in the original package and condition in which they were shipped;
5) We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts when we receive the goods from you.

Normally we are able to supply the products according to the picture or the real sample. You can contact us for the detail information, then we will let you if we can.
